HIC's Wooden Muddler allows complete control over the quality of each cocktail. Each side of the Muddler produces different results. The textured end easily extrudes juice from firmer fruits, like cherries or citrus, and releases flavor and fragrance from aromatic spices. More delicate mint leaves and herbs are best muddled with the smooth end to release their essential oils without them tearing to prevent a bitter taste. Made from FSC-certified beechwood local to the Czech Republic; replenishable, responsible and eco-friendly. A varnish-free coating means no chemicals or unwanted tastes are infused into drinks.
