Do you carry Sodastream products and exchanges? 
We do! We carry exchanges for empty Sodastream gas cylinders as well spare cylinders, several machines, carbonating bottles, and a few soda flavors. These can be purchased in store, or on our website, but can only be picked up in store as the pressurized gas cannot be shipped. Do you offer any chefs discounts?
Yes, We give 10% off with a bussiness card.

Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, You can select Gift Certificates . We will mail your gift certificate anywhere you specify at no cost.

What are your holiday hours?
We are only closed three days a year: December 25, December 26 and January 1.

How can I place an order by phone?
Yes just call us at 347-889-6629 or email us and we'd be happy to set aside items for you.

Can I get a copy of my receipt?
Of course, We can email, fax or mail it to you easily

What do I do if I have a complaint?
Please tell us! We will work hard to correct the problem and ensure that it doesn't happen again. Please call us at 347-889-6629 Monday to Sunday, 11am - 7pm EST, and ask to speak with a manager.
